After care advices for massage
To ensure you receive the maximum benefits from the massage treatment you have received then the following aftercare advices are recommended:
Take it easy for the rest of the day and try to relax, distress to listen to music;
Drink plenty of water for 24 hours after your massage that will help you with stimulating and removing toxin from your body;
Avoid some heat treatments such as hot baths, hot showers, body wraps, saunas, sunbeds for at less 24 hours;
Avoid alcohol, smoking, caffeine and fizzy drinks;
Avoid eating a heavy foods and especially spicy meal. Eat a healthy and balanced diet so your body can focus on natural healing;
Avoid eating for 1 hour after the treatment. When you do eat, try to have a light meal and include fresh vegetables, salads and fruit;
Do regular exercises at less two to three times a week;

Excess tiredness

Inability to settle/sleep
Increased trips to the toilet
Increased perspiration
